No Excuses, Be the Solution Award:

Our No Excuses Be the Solution award goes to a staff member who brings solutions instead of making excuses, listens more effectively, and asks better questions.

Be the Solution Winner
Alana DeRouin is the Branch Operations Manager at our Elkhart Lake Branch and has been with Cleveland State Bank since May of 2021.

Believe to Achieve Award:

Our Believe to Achieve award goes to a person that believes in themselves to achieve are proud but humble and take themselves lightly but their work seriously.

Lissa Hansen has been with CSB since August of 2022 and serves in our WISCUB Service Center as the Business Development Manager.

Bring Joy Award:

The Bring Joy award goes to someone who has a positive impact on the lives of others, has fun, and celebrates successes, no matter how big or small.

Kori Thompson has a dual role as Loan Servicing Representative and Marketing Assistant.  She has been with Cleveland State Bank since September 2019.

Commitment to Communities Award:

The Commitment to Communities award goes to someone who is an engaged member of the community and focuses their attention on giving.

Matt Harms is our Executive Vice President and has been with CSB since January 2002.

Branden Boerner (not pictured) has been with Cleveland State Bank since January of 2018 and is AVP of Agriculture & Business Services out of our Elkhart Lake Branch.

Learn and Grow Award:

The Learn and Grow award goes to a member of our staff who learns and grows daily.

Kim Leonhard (left) has been with CSB since January 2013 and is a Lead Personal Banker. Marilyn Stenske (right) recently retired after 25 years of service.  She worked in our WISCUB Service Center, and lead Marketing and Crew.

Reflect What You Expect Award:

The Reflect What you Expect award goes to an employee that treats others the way they want to be treated, shows mutual respect, and communicates with love in their hearts to resolve all conflicts immediately.

Zach Lensmire is our Credit Analyst and has been with CSB since March 2020.

Traveling Spirit Award

The Traveling Spirit Award goes to an employee who stays positive, cheers others on, and consistently carries out the CSB values.

Lindsay Hermann, VP of Compliance, has been with CSB since June 2005
